Privacy Policy – How All Panel Handles Your Personal Information

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data all panel collects when you use the platform, why we collect it, who sees it, and what choices you have. We have written it in plain language so every Pakistani player can understand it — not just data lawyers.

Six Privacy Principles That Guide All Panel

Before the full policy, here is a plain-language summary of how all panel treats your data at the most fundamental level.

We Collect Only What We Need

all panel collects the minimum personal data necessary to run your account, process your transactions, and comply with identity verification requirements. We do not collect data for the sake of it.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Your personal information is never sold to third parties. We share data only with verified service providers who help us run the platform — and only under strict contractual data protection obligations.

Your Data Is Protected

All data transmitted to and from all panel is encrypted using SSL. Sensitive information like CNIC copies and payment details is stored with additional security controls and accessed only by authorised personnel.

You Control Your Data

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by all panel. These requests can be made through our support team and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Pakistan-Focused Data Handling

all panel is built for Pakistani players. Our data handling reflects local norms and is designed to work within the context of Pakistan's digital infrastructure, including mobile wallet transactions and CNIC-based identity verification.

We Keep This Policy Updated

Privacy practices evolve alongside the platform. When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through your registered contact details before the changes take effect.

Your Trust Is the Foundation of All Panel

When you register on all panel and make your first deposit, you are sharing personal information with us. Your name, your CNIC, your mobile number, your payment account details. That is not a small thing, and we do not treat it as one.

Pakistani players are increasingly aware of how their data is used online — and rightly so. The growth of mobile gaming and digital payments in Pakistan has also brought a growth in data breaches, phishing attempts, and misuse of personal information across various platforms. all panel is built with a clear position: your data exists to serve you, not to be monetised separately from the service you signed up for.

This Privacy Policy tells you exactly what data all panel holds about you, why it is held, where it goes, how long it stays, and how you can exercise your rights over it. It is written to be understood by a player in Lahore or Peshawar who just wants to know their information is being handled properly — not written to impress privacy auditors with legal vocabulary.

In plain terms: all panel collects your data to run your account and process your transactions. We protect it with encryption. We do not sell it. You can ask to see it or have it deleted. That is the short version — the full version follows below.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to all panel, the online gaming platform operated at allpanel.im. When this policy refers to "all panel", "we", "us", or "our", it refers to the operator of the all panel platform. When it refers to "you" or "your", it refers to any person who registers an account on all panel or accesses the platform in any capacity.

all panel is the data controller for the personal information you provide when using the platform. This means we are responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is processed, and we are accountable for ensuring it is handled in a way that respects your privacy rights.

2. Data We Collect

all panel collects personal data in two broad categories: information you provide directly, and information generated automatically when you use the platform.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Registration data: Your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address (if provided) when you create your all panel account.
  • Identity verification (KYC) data: A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) submitted to verify your identity before your first withdrawal. We record your CNIC number and the document image as part of this process.
  • Payment data: Your Easypaisa or JazzCash mobile wallet number, NayaPay or SadaPay account details, bank account details for IBFT transfers, or card details for Visa/Mastercard transactions. Note that card data is handled by our certified payment processor — all panel does not store your full card number directly.
  • Communications: Any messages you send to all panel support, including chat transcripts, emails, and any feedback you submit.

2.2 Information Generated Automatically

  • Device and technical data: Your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and screen resolution when you access all panel.
  • Usage data: Pages visited on the platform, games played, time spent in sessions, bet history, and navigation patterns within the platform.
  • Transaction data: A record of all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus transactions associated with your account.
  • Cookie data: Information stored by cookies and similar tracking technologies on your device — covered in detail in Section 7.

  • Automated collection: When you browse and use the all panel platform, our servers automatically log technical and behavioural data as described in Section 2.2.
  • Payment providers: When you make a deposit or withdrawal, relevant transaction confirmation data is passed to all panel by Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank, or your card network. We receive confirmation of transactions but not your full payment credentials in most cases.
  • Cookies and tracking: Cookies placed on your device during your visit store session and preference data. See Section 7 for full details.

4. Why We Use Your Data

all panel uses your personal data for the following specific purposes:

  • Account management: To create and maintain your all panel account, verify your identity, and manage your profile settings.
  • Transaction processing: To process your PKR deposits and withdrawals through your chosen payment method, and to maintain an accurate record of your account balance and transaction history.
  • Identity verification (KYC): To verify that you are who you say you are, that you meet the minimum age requirement, and to prevent fraud and money laundering — all of which protect both you and other players on the platform.
  • Customer support: To respond to your queries, investigate complaints, and resolve account issues.
  • Platform security and fraud prevention: To detect and investigate suspicious activity on the platform, including multiple accounts, fraudulent payment activity, and bonus abuse.
  • Responsible gaming: To monitor for signs of problem gambling behaviour and to apply responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion where relevant.
  • Platform improvement: To analyse how players use all panel and to identify technical issues, usability problems, and opportunities to improve the service.
  • Marketing communications: To send you relevant promotional offers, provided you have not opted out of receiving them. See Section 12 for how to manage your marketing preferences.
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including record-keeping obligations related to financial transactions.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

all panel processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver the services described in the all panel Terms and Conditions — including account management and transaction processing.
  • Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws, including KYC/AML (anti-money laundering) obligations.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring — where our interests in protecting the platform and its players do not override your privacy rights.
  • Consent: Processing for marketing communications, where you have indicated consent by opting in or by not opting out. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

6. Sharing Your Data

all panel does not sell your personal data to any third party. We share data only in the following specific and limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

We work with verified third-party service providers to operate the all panel platform. These include payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank networks, and card networks), KYC verification providers, game content providers for our live casino and casino sections, and platform infrastructure providers. Each of these providers is contractually required to protect your data and to use it only for the specific purpose of delivering their service to all panel.

6.2 Legal Requirements

We may be required to disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulators, or courts if we receive a lawful request to do so. In such cases we will disclose only the minimum data required and, where legally permissible, will notify you of the disclosure.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event that all panel's business is transferred to a new operator, your personal data may form part of the transferred assets. You will be notified in advance of any such transfer that affects how your data is used.

We do not share with advertisers. all panel does not share your personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any third party for the purpose of targeting you with third-party advertising on other websites or apps.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

all panel uses cookies and similar technologies on the platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us deliver a functional and personalised experience.

7.1 Types of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect your account. These cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.
  • Functional cookies: Remember your preferences — such as your preferred language or last-visited game category — so you do not have to reset them each visit.
  • Analytical cookies: Help us understand how the platform is used — which pages are visited most, where players encounter difficulties, and how session flow works. This data is used in aggregate to improve the platform, not to profile individual players.

7.2 Managing Cookies

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to log in and use all panel's core features.

8. Data Security

all panel implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the all panel platform.
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive data including KYC documents and payment records.
  • Access controls restricting which staff members can access personal data, based on the principle of least privilege — people only see the data they need to do their job.
  • Two-factor authentication available for player accounts and enforced for internal staff access to systems holding personal data.
  • Regular security reviews of the platform's infrastructure and data handling practices.

No system is completely immune to security incidents. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, all panel will notify you in a timely manner and take immediate steps to contain and investigate the breach.

The security of your account also depends on you. Use a strong, unique password for all panel. Enable two-factor authentication. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including people claiming to be from all panel support.

9. Data Retention

all panel retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after account closure. The specific retention periods are as follows:

  • Account data (name, contact details, KYC): Retained for the duration of your account plus five years after closure. This is driven by financial record-keeping and KYC compliance obligations.
  • Transaction records: Retained for five years from the date of each transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Support communications: Retained for three years from the date of the communication, to allow for complaint resolution and dispute investigation.
  • Technical and session data: Retained for 12 months, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or for two years of account inactivity, whichever comes first.

When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.

If you believe a person under 18 has created an account on all panel, please contact our support team immediately at support@allpanel.im so we can investigate and act.

12.1 How to Opt Out

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account preferences page. You can also reply "STOP" to any SMS from all panel, or contact our support team directly. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages — you will still receive account-related notifications such as deposit confirmations and withdrawal updates.

12.2 What We Do Not Do

all panel does not send marketing communications to players who have indicated they are taking a responsible gaming break or who have self-excluded from the platform. We will not send promotional messages targeting players who have set deposit limits or shown signs of problematic gaming behaviour.

13. Third-Party Links

The all panel platform may contain links to third-party pages or resources — for example, payment provider instructions or responsible gaming support organisations. all panel is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site. If you follow a link from all panel to another site, we recommend reviewing that site's own privacy policy before providing any personal information.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

all panel reviews this Privacy Policy regularly and updates it when our data practices change or when applicable regulations require it. When we make material changes — changes that affect how we use your data in a meaningful way — we will notify you in advance through a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by a message to your registered contact details.

Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing language or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of all panel after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Why All Panel Takes Data Privacy Seriously

The online gaming industry has a mixed record on data privacy. Some platforms collect far more data than they need, share it broadly with third parties, and make it difficult for players to understand what is actually happening with their information. all panel is built on a different set of principles.

Part of this is practical. Pakistani players who use all panel are sharing some genuinely sensitive information — their CNIC, their mobile wallet details, their transaction history. If that information were mishandled, the consequences for real people would be real. We take that responsibility seriously because we understand what is at stake.

Part of it is also about the long-term relationship between all panel and its players. A platform that misuses player data does not keep players for long once they find out. Building all panel as a genuinely trustworthy platform — including in how it handles data — is not a marketing position. It is how we intend to operate for the long term.

Questions about your data? Contact our support team at any time. You do not need a legal reason to ask what data we hold about you — just get in touch and we will tell you.

Data Privacy for Pakistani Players – What It Means in Practice

Privacy in Pakistan's digital environment has some specific characteristics that are worth addressing directly. Mobile wallet transactions through Easypaisa and JazzCash are central to how Pakistani players interact with platforms like all panel. These transactions involve your mobile number and wallet ID, which are linked to your real identity through the mobile operators' own KYC systems.

When you use your JazzCash number to deposit at all panel, we receive confirmation of the transaction but we do not access your JazzCash account or any data beyond what is needed to credit your all panel wallet. The same applies to Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, and bank IBFT transfers. Each payment provider handles their own customer data separately from all panel.

CNIC-based identity verification is standard across Pakistani financial platforms. all panel's KYC process aligns with this — we verify your CNIC to confirm your identity and age, and we store the document securely. Your CNIC details are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

If you have questions about how a specific payment method handles your data, we recommend reviewing that provider's own privacy policy. For questions about how all panel handles the data associated with your transactions, contact our support team directly.

CNIC security: all panel stores your KYC documents with encryption and access controls. Only authorised compliance personnel can access these documents, and only for the purpose of identity verification and fraud investigation.
