1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to all panel, the online gaming platform operated at allpanel.im. When this policy refers to "all panel", "we", "us", or "our", it refers to the operator of the all panel platform. When it refers to "you" or "your", it refers to any person who registers an account on all panel or accesses the platform in any capacity.
all panel is the data controller for the personal information you provide when using the platform. This means we are responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is processed, and we are accountable for ensuring it is handled in a way that respects your privacy rights.
2. Data We Collect
all panel collects personal data in two broad categories: information you provide directly, and information generated automatically when you use the platform.
2.1 Information You Provide
- Registration data: Your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address (if provided) when you create your all panel account.
- Identity verification (KYC) data: A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) submitted to verify your identity before your first withdrawal. We record your CNIC number and the document image as part of this process.
- Payment data: Your Easypaisa or JazzCash mobile wallet number, NayaPay or SadaPay account details, bank account details for IBFT transfers, or card details for Visa/Mastercard transactions. Note that card data is handled by our certified payment processor — all panel does not store your full card number directly.
- Communications: Any messages you send to all panel support, including chat transcripts, emails, and any feedback you submit.
2.2 Information Generated Automatically
- Device and technical data: Your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and screen resolution when you access all panel.
- Usage data: Pages visited on the platform, games played, time spent in sessions, bet history, and navigation patterns within the platform.
- Transaction data: A record of all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus transactions associated with your account.
- Cookie data: Information stored by cookies and similar tracking technologies on your device — covered in detail in Section 7.
| Data Category | Examples | Collected At |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Name, date of birth, CNIC | Registration & KYC |
| Contact | Mobile number, email | Registration |
| Financial | Wallet numbers, bank details, transaction records | First deposit & ongoing |
| Technical | IP address, device type, browser | Every session |

3. How We Collect It
all panel collects your personal data through the following channels:
- Direct submission: When you fill in the registration form, complete KYC verification, contact support, or update your account profile.
- Automated collection: When you browse and use the all panel platform, our servers automatically log technical and behavioural data as described in Section 2.2.
- Payment providers: When you make a deposit or withdrawal, relevant transaction confirmation data is passed to all panel by Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank, or your card network. We receive confirmation of transactions but not your full payment credentials in most cases.
- Cookies and tracking: Cookies placed on your device during your visit store session and preference data. See Section 7 for full details.
4. Why We Use Your Data
all panel uses your personal data for the following specific purposes:
- Account management: To create and maintain your all panel account, verify your identity, and manage your profile settings.
- Transaction processing: To process your PKR deposits and withdrawals through your chosen payment method, and to maintain an accurate record of your account balance and transaction history.
- Identity verification (KYC): To verify that you are who you say you are, that you meet the minimum age requirement, and to prevent fraud and money laundering — all of which protect both you and other players on the platform.
- Customer support: To respond to your queries, investigate complaints, and resolve account issues.
- Platform security and fraud prevention: To detect and investigate suspicious activity on the platform, including multiple accounts, fraudulent payment activity, and bonus abuse.
- Responsible gaming: To monitor for signs of problem gambling behaviour and to apply responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion where relevant.
- Platform improvement: To analyse how players use all panel and to identify technical issues, usability problems, and opportunities to improve the service.
- Marketing communications: To send you relevant promotional offers, provided you have not opted out of receiving them. See Section 12 for how to manage your marketing preferences.
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including record-keeping obligations related to financial transactions.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
all panel processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver the services described in the all panel Terms and Conditions — including account management and transaction processing.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws, including KYC/AML (anti-money laundering) obligations.
- Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring — where our interests in protecting the platform and its players do not override your privacy rights.
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications, where you have indicated consent by opting in or by not opting out. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
6. Sharing Your Data
all panel does not sell your personal data to any third party. We share data only in the following specific and limited circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers
We work with verified third-party service providers to operate the all panel platform. These include payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank networks, and card networks), KYC verification providers, game content providers for our live casino and casino sections, and platform infrastructure providers. Each of these providers is contractually required to protect your data and to use it only for the specific purpose of delivering their service to all panel.
6.2 Legal Requirements
We may be required to disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulators, or courts if we receive a lawful request to do so. In such cases we will disclose only the minimum data required and, where legally permissible, will notify you of the disclosure.
6.3 Business Transfers
In the event that all panel's business is transferred to a new operator, your personal data may form part of the transferred assets. You will be notified in advance of any such transfer that affects how your data is used.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
all panel uses cookies and similar technologies on the platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us deliver a functional and personalised experience.
7.1 Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect your account. These cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences — such as your preferred language or last-visited game category — so you do not have to reset them each visit.
- Analytical cookies: Help us understand how the platform is used — which pages are visited most, where players encounter difficulties, and how session flow works. This data is used in aggregate to improve the platform, not to profile individual players.
7.2 Managing Cookies
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to log in and use all panel's core features.
8. Data Security
all panel implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the all panel platform.
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data including KYC documents and payment records.
- Access controls restricting which staff members can access personal data, based on the principle of least privilege — people only see the data they need to do their job.
- Two-factor authentication available for player accounts and enforced for internal staff access to systems holding personal data.
- Regular security reviews of the platform's infrastructure and data handling practices.
No system is completely immune to security incidents. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, all panel will notify you in a timely manner and take immediate steps to contain and investigate the breach.
9. Data Retention
all panel retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after account closure. The specific retention periods are as follows:
- Account data (name, contact details, KYC): Retained for the duration of your account plus five years after closure. This is driven by financial record-keeping and KYC compliance obligations.
- Transaction records: Retained for five years from the date of each transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
- Support communications: Retained for three years from the date of the communication, to allow for complaint resolution and dispute investigation.
- Technical and session data: Retained for 12 months, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
- Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or for two years of account inactivity, whichever comes first.
When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.
10. Your Privacy Rights
As an all panel player, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team at support@allpanel.im with your registered mobile number and account details.
Right to Access
You can request a copy of all personal data all panel holds about you. We will provide this within 30 days of a verified request. This is sometimes called a Subject Access Request (SAR).
Right to Rectification
If any personal data all panel holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request it be corrected. For most account details, you can update these directly through your account settings. For KYC data or payment records, contact support.
Right to Erasure
You may request that all panel delete your personal data. This right is subject to limitations where retention is required for legal compliance — for example, KYC and transaction records must be retained for the periods described in Section 9. Outside of those obligations, we will erase your data upon a verified request.
Right to Restrict Processing
In certain circumstances you may request that we pause the processing of your personal data while a dispute or query is being investigated, rather than deleting it outright.
Right to Data Portability
You may request that we provide your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format so that you can transfer it to another service if you wish.
Right to Object
You may object to the processing of your data where that processing is based on legitimate interests. You may also object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes — see Section 12 for the simplest way to do this.
11. Children's Privacy
all panel is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If a registration is found to belong to a minor, the account will be closed immediately and any associated data will be deleted as soon as the breach is identified, subject only to any overriding legal obligation to retain records of the breach itself.
If you believe a person under 18 has created an account on all panel, please contact our support team immediately at support@allpanel.im so we can investigate and act.
12. Marketing Communications
all panel may send you promotional communications about new games, bonuses, PSL season betting markets, and other all panel features. These are sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
12.1 How to Opt Out
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account preferences page. You can also reply "STOP" to any SMS from all panel, or contact our support team directly. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages — you will still receive account-related notifications such as deposit confirmations and withdrawal updates.
12.2 What We Do Not Do
all panel does not send marketing communications to players who have indicated they are taking a responsible gaming break or who have self-excluded from the platform. We will not send promotional messages targeting players who have set deposit limits or shown signs of problematic gaming behaviour.
13. Third-Party Links
The all panel platform may contain links to third-party pages or resources — for example, payment provider instructions or responsible gaming support organisations. all panel is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site. If you follow a link from all panel to another site, we recommend reviewing that site's own privacy policy before providing any personal information.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
all panel reviews this Privacy Policy regularly and updates it when our data practices change or when applicable regulations require it. When we make material changes — changes that affect how we use your data in a meaningful way — we will notify you in advance through a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by a message to your registered contact details.
Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing language or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of all panel after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Contact Us About Privacy
